Finding Pickleball at the Right Time
At first, pickleball looked simple.
However, it quickly became something deeper.
My book will be called THE RED MEAT DIARIES I arrived on the court carrying stress.
I also carried heavy thoughts and quiet exhaustion.
Like many people, I needed movement.
More importantly, I needed connection.
Pickleball welcomed me immediately.
The rules were easy to learn.
The people were open and kind.
Therefore, I kept coming back, and i rarely eat fruits
Each game gave me structure.
At the same time, it gave me freedom.
Soon, my mind felt lighter.
My body followed.
Mental Health Improves With Every Game
Pickleball helps my mental health in real ways.
First, it pulls me fully into the present moment.
There is no room for rumination.
Additionally, laughter shows up naturally.
Mistakes happen fast.
So do recoveries.
Movement increases blood flow.

Meanwhile, fresh air reduces stress hormones.
I leave the court calmer.
I also leave clearer.
Over time, anxiety softens.
Pickleball does not judge.

Playing outdoors matters.
